submit a story or pitch
Make your voice heard. Send us your stories and pitches to help shape the narrative, whether it’s about community, culture, wellbeing, the future, or beyond.
We accept two kinds of pitches: Op-eds and reported stories.
Op-eds are first-person opinion pieces, to make your voice and views heard across the community and our audience. All submitted stories must be original work by the person submitting.
For reported stories, some criteria to keep in mind:
- First-person accounts of experiences in a certain profession or industry of interest, tied to recent news on the topic. (i.e., directly after supreme court rulings or when SVB was in crisis and there was a timely story to share, or a longtime product manager chronicling restructures in the tech industry while folding in the experiences of themselves and others)
- Future of work - remote work, AI, labor market, recruiting
- Workplace technology - human-centered design, virtual assistants, VR/AR, AI/ML
- Leadership development - success stories, academic literature review, organizational psychology
- Mental health & overall wellbeing
- Community & culture
We don't have a set word count but most articles will be between 500 - 800 or so words. First-person stories and case studies may go longer, in the 1000+ word range.
We reach over 80K industry leaders, from Fortune 500 companies and unicorn startups. They come to us at every stage of their career to get content that informs, entertains and inspires.
