about wellth

It’s time to write our own narrative. It’s time to build our wellth.

For too long, historically excluded communities, including those of us who are Black, Indigenous, people of color (BIPOC), have had our voices unheard and unrepresented, particularly in business and corporate environments.

Wellth represents a new way to build, grow, and sustain our organizations and communities.

It represents an opportunity to build a brighter future – one for all of us, not just the few. By putting community at the core of our focus, building upon the Hue community, we’re an extension of Hue’s mission to amplify voices, to increase visibility, and to pave paths for people of color.

The world is evolving quickly. As the shifting demographics usher in an era of more diversity amongst our population and increased expectations from the next generation of leaders and teams, it’s critical to see this reflected across all our spaces.

Wellth is not just about us – it’s for us and by us.

We know that 85% of Americans want to feel a sense of community and connection with their peers at work, yet BIPOC continue to be nearly twice as likely to not feel connected to their coworkers. BIPOC continue to face higher rates of burnout, pay inequity, and lack of access to opportunities.

All of these barriers have a negative impact on our health and wealth, creating a direct line from disparity to despair.

This is a call to action
