Sheena Alli, VP Marketing, Twin Health
Sheena Alli joined Twin Health and did something the company had never done before: she gave its marketing function an operating system.
She scaled the team to 22 people and built four distinct groups — Brand & Experience, Growth & Revenue Marketing, Client Marketing, and Marketing Operations & AI — each with clear ownership and metrics.
The results are countable. Twin's share of voice in metabolic health has risen every quarter tracked, from 41.3% to 76.1%. Fifty-one earned-media placements reached 300 million people with no negative coverage. Marketing now supports 71% of the company's triple-digit pipeline, while client marketability and access scores have improved for six consecutive months.
But the more interesting part is how Alli built it. She translated the CEO's execution framework into a system the entire marketing organization now uses, and built the company's first cross-functional dashboard so leadership could see brand, growth, client and operational performance in one place.
Her team reports the same discipline back to her: move quickly, but don't polish away what isn't true yet. That may be the most useful thing she's built at Twin — a marketing organization that values velocity without confusing confidence for evidence.
