The Wellth 30: Good Latinas for Good

This profile is part of the Wellth 30, a curated recognition of the leaders building enduring brands, communities, and culture.

Patricia Corsi, Chief Growth Officer, Kimberly-Clark

Patricia Corsi’s title says growth, but the job is much bigger than marketing.

At Kimberly-Clark, she oversees global marketing, innovation, creative, design, insights and revenue growth management — a commercial brief built around the idea that brand and business performance are not separate conversations.

Her mandate is to bring what she calls “the global might to the local fight.” That meant, unusually, building a creative and design organization rather than simply inheriting one.

Outside the company, she founded Good Latinas for Good, a nonprofit supporting Latin American women professionally.

The common thread is infrastructure. Corsi is interested in what happens after the announcement, the campaign or the appointment — whether the organization has actually built the people, capabilities and systems to make the ambition real.
