Grace Dolan became president of Sharp Home Electronics Company of America on April 1, 2026 — the first woman to hold the role. She’d joined Sharp only eight months earlier, then stepped into a job that spans consumer electronics, appliances, sales, product strategy, manufacturing, service and the P&L.
The challenge was not just about taking over. It was aligning a complicated business around what comes next.
In her first months, Dolan has focused on repositioning the organization, restructuring the team and tightening the connection between sales, marketing, product, manufacturing and service. She has also made key leadership hires and deepened relationships with major retailers by listening to their needs and reinforcing Sharp’s commitment to long-term partnership.
