The landscape of work has continued to shift over the last year. The Great Resignation, with employees voluntarily resigning from their jobs en masse, continued through 2022. Unfortunately, as the year ended, organizations and the economy have pushed against growing employee empowerment.

BIPOC reported that their workplace has a long way to go toward a culture of well-being. Solutions involve thoughtful and inclusive resources, transparency, pay parity, employee sponsorship, community-building, and expanded networks, among others. With clear data, insights, and actionable recommendations, our objective is to help pave the way for real change.
